FAQs
Is there a guarantee?
YES! You WILL get your certificate accepted and to the owner OR I will refund your entire fee for all pets on the certificate as long as:
In the consult, we determined we had enough time to get this pet exported.
You follow my timeline and treatment/test recommendations.
You properly upload all documents to VEHCs at least 4 business days before departure.
This guarantee does not apply if
Airline-specific requirements were not communicated at least 5 business days in advance of the appointment to issue the certificate
You do not follow my suggested schedule
You did not maintain your USDA accreditation
The USDA does not review your paperwork in 3 business days.
The certificate is lost in shipping.
How soon before travel do we need to consult?
That ultimately depends on your destination. For Hawaii, I recommend starting 6 months in advance. For most international certificates 3 months will suffice but that is not guaranteed (as a rule, islands take longer). Europen Union health certificates can usually be arranged in 40 days or less. However, it is never too early.
